Stimulous spending is just now going through the economy? Why is every state crying their stimulous money has dried up and they need more then?

While we are all crying foul, we should remember we have not had two bodies in Congress who would actually work with each other for several presidents. The stripe doesn't make much difference.

Factually nearly half of Fortune 500 companies pay no federal tax, and 40% of the American workers are underemployed or part time work and they need social services to survive. Most have zero insurance. Additionally seniors do not retire as early. The good old reform requires seniors to work longer (five years) to receive SS benefits. The jobs that would have opened at age 62 under the old laws are now closed to age 67.
