That's what I'd like to know as well; not only has an identical law been on the books in Georgia since 2005 with the full approval of the Supreme Court, but Governor Haley has gone one better by offering those IDs for free via an 800 number.

It's too bad that nobody in the liberal press has bothered to point that out, huh?
