While it seems to me silly suicide is illegal I still think it is a poor choice. I do think that anyone doing it needs to do it them self and not at the hands of another. Not to point out the obvious... it isn't suicide if someone else does it for you.
I think that assisted suicide, euthanasia, anything similar to this should be legal.
I would want all options to be talked about and available beforehand because death is permanent, but if after hearing all the choices and still wanting to do so, I think that they should be able to (and not some scam of hearing choices like abortion in some states).
We currently have legalized suicide. What we want is quick, painless, legalized suicide.
Hospices and hospitals around our country routinely starve people to death. So maybe it isn’t the suicide by choice that many imagine. However; it is a form of euthanasia that is widely practiced.
If you were given a choice to end your life; would you chose slow death by starvation or quick, painless, death by injection?

Im far from a leftie and I support it.If I knew for certain that the last few yrs of my life were going to be spent laying in a bed shhiting my pants I would want to end it.
