A Boston elementary school is investigating a 7-year-old first-grader for sexual harassment after he struck another boy his age in the groin.

Like so many other stories, we don't know what really happened.
kind of hard to choke anyone after you have been punched or kicked in the gonads. the kid got choked 1st and defended himself by hitting the kid in the gonads.
dont believe me, let someone hit you in the nuts and see how much you feel like choking him while you are on the ground about puking your guts out in the fetal position.

I am glad I pulled my daughter from public school to be homeschooled, she likes it alot better than to be at a school where she thought she was being held back to stay in line with the rest of the kids in her class.
