This video does not show Scott Olsen being shot with tear gas. As far as we know he could have been hit with a rock thrown by a protester. Interesting how the video captures him moments before and moments after but not the actual injury or him on the ground with the tear gas going off next to him. This video is doctored to make it look like he was hit by the tear gas can.
Interesting, and I'd tend to agree. It looks like the tear gas canisters were fired in high arcs, over the heads of the rioters. It does look like the video was doctored to cut the part where he was hit. Most likely by one of the rock-throwing rioters.
This is a damn shame. I honestly believe it's not the majority of Occupy Oaklanders, but the anarchist minority, as these were "protesters" who all refused to disperse after midnight, when most working folks were at home in bed.
If Occupy Oakland doesn't stand on the side of the Oakland Police Department and root these losers out of their movement, they will be completely discredited. Oakland, especially its small businesses which are continually vandalized, don't deserve to endure this over & over.
Its Astroturfing....keeping honest,hard working Americans at home unable to earn a living for their families.Where's our pursuit of life liberty and happiness when these unknowing do nothing society slugs and their Union commie masters are trying to create a peoples entitlement Revolution before our eyes.
