the rise of the flash mobs, and how the media is ignoring it and hiding its racial make up
Why does the media refuse to report the ethnicity of the attackers and their targets?

Chicago Tribune editor Gerald Kern admitted, "We do not reference race unless it is a fact that is central to telling the story." How will we know if a fact is central to a story unless we have context? How can we understand racial violence when the media conceals racial facts? If the race of victims and attackers is withheld, how can we observe a pattern of behavior — if there is one?
This "black privilege" you speak of extends about as far as that. White privilege says that a White person can go into a store and not be watched. I, a Black man, don't have as much of that privilege.

My main question is what would possess of group of youths to go in packs and attack people in the first place. I'm not talking about the media. I'm talking about these specific individuals and why they have done these things in the first place.
