This is a problem we had here in Philadelphia over the past year ... not once, but a few times. It is vile and disgusting behavior and will not be tolerated.
Fortunately Mayor Nutter decided to deal with it severely. He slapped on a strict curfew and now that curfew has been extended into the winter months as well. Those arrested were not given a 'slap on the wrist' but put in juvenile detention home. A few people cried out that the Mayor and City Council are dealing with it too harshly (BTW the Mayor and much of the City Council are African Americans) ... but we had no flash mobs this summer or fall.
It has nothing to do with "multi-culturalism" and everything to do with juvenile mischief and criminal behavior.

Doesn't surprise me.Maybe when one of these thugs gets their head blown off it will make the rest take heed.
Thank God they didn't act like that young punk in Mississippi who gathered up his buddies to "F*** with some N******" and commenced to beat and run over a black man for sport.
And just so you know, I do not condone what those stupid idiots in Peoria did.
