It's real simple: The Tea Party are tools of the Republican Party (which is controlled by lobbyists, many from Wall Street) while the Occupy Wall Streeters are disgusted with both parties and see little difference in their policy toward the middle class.

And the OWS are tools of the Democratic Party which is controlled by lobbyists, many from Wall St and Unions... where as the Tea Party are folks from all walks of life, all ages, who want real change in taxes and regulations which has been killing our economy. The big difference is that the Tea Party have an actual message for our government and are taking it to the right people... our government. Where as the youth and hippies in OWS are just out there trying to bring attention to themselves and their selfish "needs". You're right, it is very simple!

The Tea party people demonstrate in plain clothes, the OWS people wear Halloween costumes to their demonstrations...
Also, TEA Party people use deodorant and don’t defecate on police cars.
