How can your economists know all those things when the bill hasn't been introduced in either house? The man says "Pass this bill" when he knows he has no bill and hasn't given it to any Congressmen.
Do you remember the Nasty Nancy claim that we must pass this bill to find out what is in it? Well at least they had a bill to vote on but not now. If this request by The One isn't an attempt to be able to accuse the Republicans for not allowing passage of it, then I think it would be nice if you and Zandi could explain what is happening.

I realize you want to play the semantics game. Don't. We both know how bills are originated and if the Speaker wanted to get started on this he would. The GOP is currently held hostage by the Tea Party, and in real danger of stalling Government to the point of losing the House and a few Senate seats for the Republican's in 2012.
