Did you read your own link?

Both sides also disagreed how to interpret the new figures – Solis was quick to herald the drop as "impressive," while Boehner and other Republicans said the numbers didn't go far enough.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Preibus said today in a statement. "Like so many other issues, we have yet to see the leadership we need coming out of the White House to restore sustainable economic growth. While spending taxpayers' dollars hand over fist, Barack Obama has failed to address our nation's long-term fiscal health."

Obama's Sec. of Labor was saying it was "impressive." Republicans said it was encouraging, but not enough. That we were spending too much money and the President hadn't addressed our long term fiscal health.
Who was right?

Got it, or rather:
Barack Obama's GPA - College Records | Edu in Review Blog
"It’s unclear how well he did as an undergraduate, although he was not a distinguished student. Obama refuses to release his transcript from his undergraduate years."

To quote a tootsie roll commercial from eons ago, "the world may never know".
