It truly is amazing that the left - or anyone - would still believe anything this President says.
Newt Gingrich just spoke on TV that Obummer wants congress to pass the bill, (as he said 17 times in his speech) but as of this morning they still have not received a copy of it! As usual, the old 'do as I say' tactic is at work again. Additionally, apparently, the bill has no means of paying the money spent back - that is supposed to follow up with some ideas coming in a separate package in about 10 days.
This is the most idiotic, inept, corrupt, ridiculous administration our country has ever seen.
Unfortunately for this great President, he must compromise with Neanderthal Republicans. It has both severely restricted his ability to resuscitate the country from the problems that Republicans created over 8 years and rid this country of atrocious policies like tax cuts for the rich.
Many in the country may be mad at him for not being able to find a way to convince the regressive obstructionists to yield to his plans, but they are far more pissed off at tea party/GOP. Directing my anger at the President would be misguided. Republicans/tea party/GOP/Neocons...they're the real problem. The obstructionists have broken Congress and hurt the country in the process, cursing the country with MORE BUSH!

Yea, lets talk fuzzy math....what was it when obama took over? 7.8% (not really sure, but it was less than 8%) THEN it went to 10.2% and THEN down to 9.1%....

Hahahaha. You libs crack me up. So now it's unamerican to criticize a speech and president that's the same old, same old. Big urgency to PASS IT NOW (but took the time to campaign and vacation before he rolled it out), relies heavily on taxing the rich (but ignoring those americans that aren't paying any taxes), short on substance but long on promises, and is nothing but Stimulous 2 (which raised unemployment in spite of the guarantee that it wouldn't. I don't think we can handle higher unemployment, as this president's first plan showed).
The only thing your blind and slobbering defense of this horrible speech proves is that you love big government and the progressive agenda more than YOU love America.
