The Tea Party is clearly an organized mafia that was founded to commit acts of political terrorism against our country.

Their members have admitted many times that they want to harm our President and government officials. There is evidence that they intend to wage war against the United State and to overthrow the Constitution and our elected government.

I would like to ask any lawyers here on CD if it would be Constitutional to use RICO to arrest and prosecute the Tea Party leaders.

Geez, do you hate democracy that much?

You've already made them impotent with your panel of 12 BS.

Now you want to arrest them?

What day do you have your Kristallnacht planned for?

ACORN has committed voter fraud and their leaders shoudl punished accordingly.

However, ACORN is not threatening to overthrow the Constitution and our elected government.

Do you really expect anyone to give serious consideration to this idiiotic, fact-devoid troll? Get a grip. Clearly your post is an act of terrorism, and the Patriot Act should be invoked. Don't you agree????
