I guess Obama wouldn't want to get rid of Thomas since Thomas may well be the needed 5th vote to do away with Obamacare. I doubt that Obama cares which of the 5 who progs want out he gets rid of just as long as he can get rid of one of them. Appointing a younger judge to replace Ginsburg won't save the law, though.

Funny, because I am a mix of progressive and conservative.

I was only calling the other poster because what the Dems may be trying to do here is purely within the boundaries; it's called politics. Repubs have done the same during Bush's term.

No matter what your affiliation is (or if you are Independent), it's a little hypocritical to get offended by that sort of thing.
