i read the entire article before i commented and thought that it was really good.
why would the administration keep changing its story? why not bring the witnesses back? why have a respectful and hasty funeral for a man who cost this country 3 trillion dollars and was responsible for the death of thousands of americans? why the hasty funeral at sea and destruction of all evidence connected to the raid? why the lying when it was all over about the videotape? why not definitively prove to the entire world that a terrorist has been silenced and cannot engage in terror anymore?
why would you deliberately keep telling all kinds of lies when you need to have credibility to run the country effectively? for that matter, our currency is a fiat currency, which is based on trust, and why would you want to destroy that trust?
why is getting the truth so difficult anymore?
for that matter, why all the economic lies and all the lies about going after the "bad guys" on wall street? what happened with that? with wall street "reform"? with the bailout clawback? with the BP money? why are our congressional leaders openly admitting that they don't read the bills they sign, they clearly don't understand then, and they could care less what we think about that?

From what's going on with the finger pointing at Pakistan, I now firmly believe that the obama administration fabricated the entire story and is gearing up for war with them.

It brings forth some very valid questions and reaffirms what is on a lot of people's minds about not being able to trust Obama. He is surrounded by a web of lies - must be hard to remember who is on first for him.

I have to disagree. The vast majority of conservatives believes UBL is dead. We believe it's a great thing to be able to say that all those tactics that the current President railed against actually helped him find the guy.
Let's be completely honest here, we (most of us) don't care if Bush gets any credit. However, we do want Obama to admit he made a mistake running against, and then implementing if not expanding on EVERYTHING.
Bush getting credit won't do anything to change this country. Allowing Obama to pull a Clinton "I saved the country" act and getting a parade for imitating his predecessor is beyond reason. Hard decision my rear flank.

Bottom line is they do almost all the damage to themselves.

Unfortunately he handles an economy, choices elsewhere and the budget just as well, so we are screwed till he is gone next election.
He lost most of the Independents (can't cry Bush 3 years later)
He also lost lots of whites who gave him a chance. (spreading the wealth, health care BS, new taxes and calling cops doing their job stupid)
