Obama administration couldn't catch flies without GWB laying the groundwork for capturing the intel.

We have lots of shoulders to stand on. We have to thank the makers of helicopters; it raid couldn't have been possible without the advent of firearms too. However, whether a president gets credit or not is how he/she differed in policy.

Obama, as a candidate, pledged that he would go into Pakistan, even if the Pakistani government objected, if actionable intelligence placed him there. Bush criticized the statement and suggested that unilateral action in that country would be a mistake.

So here we have a stark difference of action. Bush said he wouldn't have violated Pakistani sovereign territory while Obama said he would.
