Next time somebody, in a speech says he or she feels your pain, or understands how most Americans are struggling, ask them how much they pull in a year, the tell them to compare it with what you make.

Then tell them to pound sand.

Why not base their salaries on how the economy is doing? Judging by what's been going on for the last, oh, four years, I say they've earned, bupkis. ($0.00 for those who don't know what bupkis is).

Why Not Link Pols' Pay Level to Ours?

Here is a balanced budget amendment. Congress shall not get paid unless they pass a balanced budget. If the debt goes up not down then they shall forfeit their personal wealth for the cause.
