Bascially it says they went bankrupt and now are not paying their home mortgage. They just diverted sending basically.They have no futre really except cash on the barrel.

The reality check will come with a foreclosure notice. Mom needs to get an outside job, and send the kid to school. Stop going to Whole Foods, shop at a regular Grocery store, buy generic cosmetics, and cook the rabbit.
Unfortunately irresponsible behavior like this is not uncommon. People like this want immediate gratification and have no discipline.
