The running total of organizations who have gained Obamacare waivers has climbed to 915! The administration has the power to grant or deny waivers, with no objective standards or due process or rights of appeal. So favored parties and "special" interests including hundreds of union plans, do NOT have to obey the law! Boy, will this be a big help as Obama tries to raise a Bbbbbillion dollars for the 2012 campaign.

I wonder how much a waiver costs?

Interesting that a program that is so fine requires unequal protection under the law in order to work. This is as un-American as it gets. No wonder 28 states representing a majority of the population have sued to stop this mess.

I heard the other day there were two states that received waivers.

What an utter disaster.

Included in the list are most of the major unions who campaigned for obamacare. Damned shame.

915? Any bets when it will break 1,000? I bet - by the Ides of March.

Sounds like a great point to make to federal judges when presenting the case for repeal.

Do any of you have any real idea exactly what is being "waived?"

I'm quite sure none of the congressmen who voted for the law know either.

Look at the number of unions who are getting waivers, and then keep in mind that the unions only make up about 7% of the private sector work force.
