The running total of organizations who have gained Obamacare waivers has climbed to 915! The administration has the power to grant or deny waivers, with no objective standards or due process or rights of appeal. So favored parties and "special" interests including hundreds of union plans, do NOT have to obey the law! Boy, will this be a big help as Obama tries to raise a Bbbbbillion dollars for the 2012 campaign.
I wonder how much a waiver costs?
Interesting that a program that is so fine requires unequal protection under the law in order to work. This is as un-American as it gets. No wonder 28 states representing a majority of the population have sued to stop this mess.

Look at the number of unions who are getting waivers, and then keep in mind that the unions only make up about 7% of the private sector work force.
