He was also saying police officers acted stupidly, claimed we have 57 states and has needed a teleprompter before to speak to pre-schoolers.
He also confiscated a sixth of the USA economy into the government with Obama-care.
Is the President responsible for causing this left leaning crazy person to go off?

He has tried to divide this country politically from the start.

Grow up - and let the teleprompter thing go since that's over 2 years old and we've all seen him speak quite intelligently and eloquently off the cuff on many, many occasions now. A Capitalist Democratic Republic has no need to compromise with socialism. Now if the President wants to do something not of socialism, please tell me about it. I am all ears.
Agreed. The violent, hateful rhetoric coming from the Left is tearing this country apart. They must learn that there are consequences to their speech and actions. They are a threat to everyone's safety and must be censored at once. Let's pass some more laws to limiting more of our freedoms so that we may protect Americans from their vitriolic hate speech.

If the President could manage more than the same small campaign speech while speaking without it, we all would gladly stop talking about his unprecedented over use of his teleprompter.
He does fancy himself kind of a King IMO, so did the other 5 territories become states by his executive order or was he just talking stupidly like he accused police officers of doing?
