I love it..if he hasn't broken the law then change the law.

From your link:

".. if it's found that Assange hasn't violated the law, then the law should be changed. "

How's that for American freedom and justice ?
Are the US true colors of the neocons showing through now ?

Palin wants him hunted down like he's a member of Al-Qaeda.

The Repubs here are scared witless of something. Couldn't be these cable leaks. The big bank leak coming up perhaps ??

...and what might you call an individual who steals classified secrets and distributes them world wide so that many good people become targets and murder victims...??
Some of the stuff I see being released is probably a good thing, but a whole lot of it isn't...
It's good for the American people to find out how, in some cases, the government has been scamming us, but when it comes to military secrets that endanger people's lives, it's a different matter.

X2 McConnell openly states he wants to take out the president. He should be arrested for treason.

This was not a DoD set of papers..it was State Dept Embassy papers.
Big difference there.

Whose life is endangered may I ask ?
Isn't that the same thing the administration said about the Iraq leaks ?
And then they said the same about the Afghanistan leaks ?

* shutting down media that reports the truth

* torturing people in secret prisons

* outing CIA agents who refuse to back up phony intelligence info

* CIA agents having authority to tap any US citizens phone conversations w/o a warrant

* CIA agents having authority to force your library to hand over a list of books you check out

This sounds like the same stuff we accused Saddam, China, and North Korea of!!!!
