Actually the American Government has "Checks and Balances" to power.

And you will soon see Obama getting "Checked and Balanced". Don't be surprised when he's forced into compromise and his agenda gets watered down.

Just ask the Gays in the military and the Illegal Aliens how well his promises have worked out.

All talk with little or no results,and this is when he had a Democratic majority in both houses.
