you mean clinton is back in office????

what drove us off the cliff was the freetrades signed by clinton (dec 1993 NAFTA and the others to follow)...clintons housing bubble that started in 1995 when he had Henery Cisneros ease the rules on mortgages...barney frank and his fannie/freddie.....and clinton getting china into the world trade organization.........that's what killed us

bush certainly didnt help...but the blame goes BEFORE him

wooo hooo.. where do we sign up!!

btw, were we "ignorant" when we voted in Obama who has done NOTHING to make anything better?
We were not going to fix anything in two years, and let's all remember how LITTLE compromise Obama found from Republicans when he reached out to them, let's all remember the record number of filibusters seen in the Senate, these purely partisan attempts at sabotaging economic recovery have now been rewarded.

Thats what sad, Americans will continue to vote against themselves purely out of spite.

The majority spoke. Obama and the Dems had two years and didn't come through on many promises. People got angry and decided to give the other side a try.

Seems Obama is finally waking up to "compromise" and working with opponents instead of "enemies".

obama and the liberal reached out

you mean by obama having democrat only meetings

you mean by pelosi not even allowing the repupubls to have a say, (or even vote in one case) on bills

you mean like the senate using closure to bypass any suggestions of the repubs

the liberals are the party of no...no reaching out what so eva

Instead of this bickering I would like to hear what economic policies the Rightist think will improve the situation for the country. Will the policies improve the economy for not just the extremely wealthy, the extremely poor and the working a small business classes.

Let’s hear about plans, not platitudes, please.

It will be gridlock as far as policies to help many Americans that are out of work or face a future with fewer opportunities to advance their lives in the past. But big business, banks, the petroleum business, and investors are going to absolutely love it. They are going to get everything THEY PAID FOR and more.

Expect to see MORE tax loopholes for big business, LESS progress with alternative energy, LESS environmental regulation, and more government subsidies and contracts for big business. Expect to see measures where some government is privatized and big business profits handsomely.
