Four proposed Environmental Protection Agency regulations could have a significant impact in the reliability of the bulk power system, the North American Electric Reliability Corp. said in a new report. The four potential regulations—cooling water intake structures, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, Clean Air Transport Rule and coal ash disposal—could accelerate the retirement of up to 19% of fossil fuel-fired steam capacity in the United States by 2018, according to the Oct. 26 report, Potential Resource Adequacy Impacts of U.S. Environmental Regulations.
Do a little research on the progressive heading up the EPA, Lisa Perez Jackson.
She's another radical ideologue who is attempting to bend the mission of the agency to fit this administrations agenda of social justice and income redistribution.
What these children are doing behind the scenes and without adult supervision really scares the **** out of me.
Here's to hoping the GOP is serious about neutering them.

That sounds great, but exactly how are they doing what they are accusing them of. Lets see some examples.
Those of us who identify as environmentalists today must make room in this movement for the environmentalists of tomorrow. If we don't meet people where they are -- if we can't "sell" environmentalism to poor and minority communities -- then the individuals and groups opposing action on climate change, clean energy and other critical issues will. To confront the urgent environmental challenges of the 21st century, we need to make sure that every community sees their stake in this movement.
That's article on Hufpo written by her suggesting they need to sell environmentalism to the poor and minorities and linking it to health care and crime.
So we should just let companies pollute more? It may not affect the Global Climate right away , but it does damage people's heath and the local Climate. My state used to be any Urban Industrial wasteland , but then the EPA and other agencies stepped in and changed that. I don't want to go back in that direction...
no we should not let companies pollute more, we just need to enforce the laws already on the books, not make all kinds of new laws and regulations that will kill american industry.

we dont need to get rid of the EPA, they actually provide a real function. but what we do need to do is rein them in, and provide real oversight on the regulations they put forth.
