yes we found them, no, not an atomic bomb, but if its what we were looking for is up for discussiong..
What we found was what we were looking for, and what they claimed didnt exist, but they were useless degraded chemicals because they deteriorated to pointless due to poor storage and time issues..

You can't know they were degraded until AFTER you found them and analyzed them.
Then why in the world was this not front and center during Bush's tenure? All I have heard is how, " we didn't find any WMD's", up to this point.....
Thats because you are reading the wrong stuff and buying the left wing lies. Its been long known that they were found.. Senator Rick Santorum disclosed it during a press conference and was quickly shut up by the administration.

After all, Bush loved his theatrical moments, such as the flight suit and MISSION ACCOMPLISHED banner on a US Navy aircraft carrier?
IF true, it would be totally out of character for Bush, but especially for Cheney, who NEVER missed an opportunity, to bash his political opponents.
Steve
Thats because you believe Bush loved his theatrical moments but reality is he didn. The few examples you provided are simply presidents being presidents. Do you have the same problem with Obama and his theatrical moments? Bush did not like the limelight despite what many believe. He didnt rely upon polls, or popularity. He was truly a president because he did what he believed to be correct. Presidents lead.. thats what he did..

Sure looks like its YOU trying to pick and choose
An initial glance at the WikiLeaks war logs doesn’t reveal evidence of some massive WMD program by the Saddam Hussein regime — the Bush administration’s most (in)famous rationale for invading Iraq
NO ONE said the documents revealed evidence of some massive WMD program, nor did Bush claim one existed.. He said they HAD the weapons which they did..
In July 2004, for example, U.S. forces come across a Baghdad building with gas masks, gas filters, and containers with “unknown contents” inside. Later investigation revealed those contents to be vitamins.
And your 2004 example, yes, thats one example of fake weapons found but how about the other real ones also found? Picking and choosing are we? I see, only you can do that..
The WMD diehards will likely find some comfort in these newly-WikiLeaked documents. Skeptics will note that these relatively small WMD stockpiles were hardly the kind of grave danger that the Bush administration presented in the run-up to the war.
So now the admission that WMDs were found.. Thanks for playing!!
I know I read it in one of those interview released records.
However, on the first page summary:
Quote:
The agent does, however, assert with confidence that the U.S. side had information that Iraq was maintaining or developing a WMD capability and cites “evidence” of continuing contact between Iran and al-Qaeda, seemingly implying an operational relationship.
It appears the wikileaks document may support the, "evidence".
To be honest though do we really believe we are being told, the media is being told the truth. There are just some things that it is just not the public's business.
I feel sorry for the wikileaks dude as his actions just may catch up to him some day.

Agreed. For as far as I'm concerned, they were found.. I've stated this going back 2+ years here and liberals have ridiculed me every moment for doing so.. Now it looks like my turn..

From the linked article:
Offering the official administration response to FOX News, a senior Defense Department official pointed out that the chemical weapons were not in useable conditions.
"This does not reflect a capacity that was built up after 1991," the official said, adding the munitions "are not the WMDs this country and the rest of the world believed Iraq had, and not the WMDs for which this country went to war."
George: "The main reason we went into Iraq at the time was we thought he had weapons of mass destruction....
turns out he DIDN'T.. but he had the capacity to make wmd's."
reporter: "what did iraq have to do with the attack on the world trade center"
george: "what did iraq have to do with what?"
reporter: "the attack on the world trade center"
george: "Nothing"
I honestly have not kept up with these new finds. So, if that is the case, then where were these reports years ago as far as the public reporting goes?
They were reported on, but the media and the Left no longer cared - their "mantra" and narrative of no WMD worked so well.

Because most of the stuff came from "old" stockpiles of WMD.
