PITTSBURGH — A black judge from western Pennsylvania rejected a plea agreement for a man accused of fighting with police during a traffic stop, saying it was "a ridiculous plea that only goes to white boys."
The plea agreement was for a sentence of three months probation. Allegheny County Judge Joseph Williams said on Tuesday that a black defendant in that situation would not have been treated as leniently.
Disgrace, but no one will care. If it were the other way around, Al Sharpton would burn down the court.

The point being it would attract much more attention had the situation been reversed don't you agree?
Did he make a racist disparging comment towards the defendant or the Attorney, no, so I will not say he's a racists. Did he show bias, YES, he could have just rejected the plea without making the idiotic statement that was made. Did he lie, most likely no, but then again, what is the history of the Prosecutors and his plea deals.

Only if there was something in it for Big Perm. Recently there has been an influx of complaints concerning Police Brutality in NJ, as well as high rate of murders, I don't remember seeing Big Perm in NJ even though this is widely reported, don't get me wrong, we don't need him here stoking the flames. An executive was killed by a police officer in NJ, THANK GOODNESS Big Perm no where in site. My point is, Big Perm does not jump on every Black/White news bandwagon, especially if its nothing in it for him.
