Why wouldn't he? Dubya didn't have enough sense to go after Osama Bin Laden..........did he? Saddam Hussein didn't take out the towers.........did he?

He may very well be. He could ditch the turban, shave his beard, put on a suit and you'd never know him as he strolled by on his way to the condo his family can easily afford in Manhattan or Georgetown or Palm Beach.
