If 7% of News Corps profits of $2.5 billion is transferred to Prince Talal, which is in turn used to pay for the community center, it can logically be inferred that money earned by Fox is being transferred to the Park 51 development. In short, Fox is funding the lower "Ground Zero Mosque." Really quite simple.
As for your NY Daily News story, yes they do mention Prince Talal, just in the same manner as Fox and others who wish to demonize evil foreign investors, but I hasten to point out, that the Daily News FAILED to mention is that he is part part owner of News Corp and by way of New Corp, part owner of the Daily News. Funny how that works..

The point being made isn't actually that Fox News is funding the Islamic activity center, it's that this sort of reasoning, which Fox has been doing a lot of in this case, is completely moronic.
The fact that Fox and friends got so royally owned at their own game is just icing on the cake.
