the point of the thread was to bash fox news for a 3am comedy/satire spoof....as though fox news was running some "news" report bashing Canada...


however, I think that Canada's method of honoring its fallen Hero's is flat out awesome. AND I am one American who recognizes the huge sacrifice Canada has made in Afghanistan.

I think it is terrible that these brave warriors are being used to bash a news outlet that is villified by certain people in both the US and Canada.

Canada is right to be proud of its military and its heros. I know I am proud of these Canadians. But I think Candians got used by political operatives to gen up anger over something that was nothing more than an idiot comment by a comedian.

Yes it was over a year ago but I became aware of it only yesterday, I searched for a thread
on the topic and couldn't find one hence my thread.

Fixed News is little more than a PAC for the GOP/Conservatards of America.

They made this pretty well known with the $1,000,000 donation to the Repug Governors' Association last week.
