President Obama Said Sec. Tom Vilsack 'Jumped the Gun' on Shirley Sherrod

Quote:
President Obama said Secretary Tom Vilsack rushed to judgment when he dismissed Shirley Sherrod from the Department of Agriculture amid charges of racism.

"He jumped the gun, partly because we now live in this media culture where something goes up on YouTube or a blog and everybody scrambles," Obama told consumer correspondent Elisabeth Leamy in an exclusive “GMA” interview.
Liar. Dear Shirley has already told the story of the deputy from the USDA calling her, telling her that the WHITE HOUSE wants her to resign.

You do realize that the President is not the only person that works for the White House, correct?

It doesn't matter WHO made the decision in the White House to force her to resign - it is obama's WH, his administration, any actions taken by those that work there are dumped in his lap.

That doesn't change the fact the decision was made by Vilsack, so your claims of liar is absurd.

Notice when Bush made a decision they attacked him like a dog but with this moronic coward named Obama in office it is now different.

You can bet this came from the top.

OBAMA is the boss and he is responsible for all actions taken by his staff.

Obama screwed up again just like the Cambridge case and make remarks before he knew the facts. No wonder he did not make it as an attorney.

You aren't really so naive as to think that any ONE extremely busy person (especially one as moronic as you think O is), in such a huge organization, can know all things at all times, are you? That's why there are departments with heads of departments, etc. It's called delegation.

Yes, he is ultimately responsible and he has taken that responsibilty, but that doesn't mean this "came from the top". I'm sure there are greater issues on any given day in the life of a POTUS. Vilsack states he did it on his own. You can refuse to take him at his word, but that doesn't give you any inside knowledge.

And in case you didn't notice, many on the left HAVE criticized Obama on this and other issues, something those on the right seldom did when it came to Bush's messes. So, what's your point other than using this as yet another vehicle to vent your hatred of the President?

Yes, he is ultimately responsible and he has taken that responsibilty,

He is responsible and has NOT taken responsibility.
He is a coward who always lays blame on others.

Then WHY did a former attorney speak out without knowing the facts?

Wrong, many of us here go after Bush for many things. You just read right on past them because you hated President Bush so much.

So, what's your point other than using this as yet another vehicle to vent your hatred of the President?

I do not hate him, I dislike what the dunce is trying to do to our country.

Nice spin, but the man makes so many mistakes it is hard to keep track of them on a daily basis.

He always delegates things, especially when it comes to a mistake he made. He needs to stop being such a coward and own up to his massive mistakes.

He is not a man, he is a little boy in a real mans job who cannot find the heart to accept that he is in way over his head and cannot handle a single situation without screwing it up.

Why do you hate President Bush so much?

According to Sherrod, the deputy USDA called and TOLD her the WHITE HOUSE wanted her to resign. Of course Vilsack as her boss, would carry out that directive.

Still came from the WH.
