Whenever the UN is brought up in the forms conservatives seem to mock them. Why is that?

The UN has many warlords and thugs on its council.
They also have some anti-semites and countries who support terrorism.
Many on the council have a anti-west sentiment.
The UN gets little or no results.Let them stick to fighting hunger.

The UN is undemocratic and want to usher in a one-world global government, with the UN or a body like it, at the helm, accountable to no one.

You find nothing wrong with the likes of Sudan and Libya being on the Human Rights Commission?

In their perfect white world, no one needs assistance, foreign government can do no wrong, there's always a terrorist/commie somewhere to fight, there is no crime, and there are no "sexual deviants", but they have their imaginary god, and that's all that matters.

The UN is a framework for an International Government that might start to regulate international investment and commerce. Imagine the fuss if the UN could enforce minimum working safety standards, or worse, a international minimum wage. Then the UN might start enforcing international pollution control or greenhouse gas emissions. That would “be bad for Business” and therefore completely unacceptable to them. I think it should have been done decades ago.

The international hyper wealthy businessmen and financiers want to be protected from losses but they do not want to either pay for the protection or submit to any standards of any kind. Most conservative businessmen dislike the very concept of a United Nations. The rest of the RW Conservatives fear loss of the country's sovereignty to an organization they cannot control. They think the loss of sovereignty to an international company is just fine because that serves commerce even if it is at the expense of their country.

The current structure of the UN gives equal voice to nations that have brutal despots in charge as well as a majority voice to nations that demand the west pay them to exist.
