It's official, We are relocating from NH to PA. Hubby will be working in "Penn Hills". I do not want to live in penn hills, but in a rural area as I have horses. Of course, Hubby wants to be as close to work as possible. Does anybody have any recomendations for Real Estate agents for the area? Thank you all so much for your help. I really don't know what I would do without this forum. You people are so helpful!

You can have horses in some areas in or around Murrysville and possibly Plum Boro.

I would narrow down your neighborhood search as much as possible before you pick an agent. Sure anyone can show you a house but if you have questions you probably want someone who lives in the area. My other suggestion is to pick an "active" agent as opposed to someone who moonlights as an agent. It sounds like you want to live in Westmoreland County. Doesn't Howard Hanna have a Murrysville office?

There's no way I can choose an area when I've never even been to PA before. I'm just hoping to find some good agents that can tell me about the areas near or within 30 miles or so of where my Hubby will be working. I don't know what else to do.
