Does anyone recognize this location (snowy city street)? https://youtu.be/x4TbOiaEHpM?t=9s
I am pretty sure I saw that connecting bridge that in one of the New York blogs, Scouting NY, or Ephemeral New York, or Forgotten NY or Jeremiah's Vanishing New York?

Oh, wait.
Did you notice the guy looking over the other guy's shoulder? Maybe he wants to "interact".

Seriously, I think people have always figured out a way to shut out the outside world.

It looks exactly like Garrison Place between Penn and Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh's Cultural District.

No, it is similar, but the Garrison Place bridge doesn't have all those windows. (LOL)

Thanks to you both.

N.B.: Pittsburgh has its own "Bridge of Sighs," though, connecting the old Allegheny County Jail with the Courthouse.

Plus one in NYC (not the one in the commercial, though):

No problem. My son and I are traveling to NYC next month. I will make an attempt to locate some of these bridges. The soul purpose of the trip is to see the Hudson Yards development from the Highline. My son want to see Brooklyn and The Bronx zoo.
