Looking at a home on willett that looks pretty close to this park on a map, and close to brentwood, and about fifteen minutes from homestead. just wondering if i'm starting to look in a shady area since the house has a security system. i know that doesn't necessarily mean anything, but i'm wondering if i'm starting to get too close to bad areas.

baldwin is a very nice area and the property values it what will keep the trash out of it
some parts of brentwood are starting to fall apart but its not near elm leaf part of baldwin
ive lived in baldwin most of my life and will never leave.
very nice neighborhood. no need to worry about the security system. prob just paranoid owners

thanks! i don't want to read too much into the security system, so i think i can let it go and think of it as a nice perk to the house. baldwin is my first choice because it's convenient for work for my husband, and my family is 1/2 hour away.

You'll have nothing to worry about in the way of crime in either Baldwin or Brentwood.
