I did like the idea of people portraits, but wonder if CD (or the poster) incurs any liability posting pictures of people without permission or releases and all that. Being a cautious soul, I also wonder about the wisdom of posting people photos (and especially children) on a world wide forum.
I think unsual still life is great. Not everyone, due to religion celebrates Easter, not everyone is comfortable posting pictures of their kids online.

I agree with you... I'm not too comfortable posting people's photos, so I think I'll sit this one out.
OK, those who are participating, let's have some ideas on dates.
I can set up another OP for the contest and set up the dates and add the poll for voting after all submissions are in.

I'm crazy busy right now and my father is having surgery day after tomorrow, so the only thing I would ask of everyone is to be patient with me. I may be a bit delayed in responses and setting things up. My time is something I have little to spare as of late.
Take your time and deal with your fathers surgery, I hope everything goes well. We all understand and personally what time frame works best for you works for me. Im easy.
Alpha, I will be praying for your father and your family, he is way more important than this contest.
I don't think people should be allowed to change their pictures once the chance to edit is gone. Allowing two weeks to shoot is fine with me.
Again, don't worry about this, you just take care of your family first.
