Nice shots hydrogen. How close were you to the action(box seats, fenceline along the run way)? The close up shots, were those cropped, or did you capture them full frame in the shot?

Brill - I was right along the lakefront--as close as you can get. The close-up shots are all cropped. I was using my 70-200mm f/4 L IS with a 1.4x teleconverter that I rented, which gave me a total of 280mm of reach. I definitely could've used more zoom capability.
