This photo looks like a statue head. You can see the eye and part of the face on the left with what looks like the old fake powdered wigs on.
The other photo looks like a light house or something similar on the left and the ball thing apears to be a lot closer making it look larger then the light house/guard tower.
Does that help anybody out? I've only driven through that area on the Interstate and never stopped so I'm not familiar with what it could be.
I don't think it's a draw bridge though, is it? I have never really payed attention to that. I have drove past it and over it hundreds of times, but I don't know if it's a drawbridge or not.. lol! That's sad!
