I have a SD card for my camera that had some important pictures on it. NOW, suddenly, it is telling me the card has to be reformatted. I have tried getting them off on another computer and it said the same thing.. I have looked on line and it looks like I will loose all the pictures that are on there if I reformat and getting the pictures off isn't going to happen.
SO, I thought I would ask here if anyone has any ideas or suggestions as to how I can get the pictures off of there so I won't loose them? Any work arounds anyone more experienced has tried and had success with?
I just don't understand why suddenly it needs to be reformatted out of the blue with no warning..
-Does your camera have internal storage? Move files to internal storage, get new card, load files to new card. However if you cant open the files on the card in question then this will not work.
This is all you might be able to do if you cant open the files on the card. But ill look for more.
It won't take pictures without a card in it so I don't think it has any internal storage.
