Well, we had much better participation all around this month. Thanks all of you who contributed! It is fun to see all the different types of Blur shots we have.

Nice job Fuzz. For me it was a toss up between yours and "vertigo" which was cool as well.

A lot more entries this month, it was nice to see everyone's take on the theme. Already looking forward to this months contests and see if the momentum can carry on for the next few months.

Thanks, Bydand. Vertigo is nice, but the lack of an interesting subject (especially at the central unblurred area) is what kept me from voting for it. I like the in-focus player in yours.

Congrats Fuzz. Your image was really cool!

So are we ready to discuss November's theme?

Thanks, but the current voting is still open. So the contest is still running.

EDIT: I can't tell if the voting is still open, but nothing states that it's closed and done.

I can't find my notes I wrote about voting...

I'm going to set the voting to end on November 5th, does that sound OK?

I was hoping for more voters....

Yeah I wish there was a way I could've focused on at least something, "Vertigo" was a quick random shot with my camera (iPhone 4) while I was taking some Fall shots in a park, we're still not at the peak yet so it's not as colorful as I would've liked. I played around with it and got something very unexpected, the picture looked like it was wobbling back and forth. I honestly wasn't going to use it at first but I didn't really have any other thing to submit so I submitted it.

I'm still shocked that "Vertigo" has that many votes and is in second place, thanks to everyone who voted. I'm going to try even harder next time (if my "camera" can handle the task).

And I really like your submission, I like how the tire is in focus, it's a very unique and fascinating look I can't describe.
