anyone who know if there is a heated community pool like city pool in surprise or near by area. or if there is a health club or spa with a heated swimming pool open in the winter time in the evening.

I'm not sure about Surprise. You may have to go to Goodyear or Glendale. If you happen to take I-10 to the 303, you would drive right past Lifetime Fitness which has several pools at each location.......and several hot tubs, a steam room, several saunas. It makes it rather hard to actually work out
