Hey people out there in the heat!. I need some comforting words because I am stuck here in cold, rainy, snowy Norway for another year. I am trying to stay motivated but have not seen the sun in..2 weeks..and it is mid July!.
In a couple of months I´ll have to get my winter clothes from the attic and since Norway is so close to the Artic circle it will be dark most of the day from Oct to March. Snow stays from Nov until April..I miss AZ so much and I can´t wait to get on the plane and move back to my favorite place in the world.
What the hell was I thinking???
I wrote a song in the tub today and the title is " Get me outta here"!. It is actually really good.. a lot of feeling to it for sure...haha..

Haven't been to Norway, but I can relate on the sunshine. I don't even see how folks in somewhere like Seattle can handle the gloom, much less like where you are.

Can you get 6500K light bulbs over there? Might help a little if they're available and work with the electrical system there.

Right about now us Phonicians would likely trade you 2-3 sunny days for some overcast and rain.

That stated: I do not do well when it is cloudy for long periods of time either.

Just because you don't like it here, doesn't mean everyone shares your view. I would have thought you had accepted that by now, and didn't feel the need to comment on every post like the OP's with your opposing view.

Phoenix is no different than any other place; some people like it here, some don't.
