Hello everyone,
I am a 24 year old female moving from South Dakota to attend grad school at A.T. Still Univeristy - Arizona School of Health Sciences. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about specific apartment complexes in the area. I have been doing searches for the area but I wanted some personal opinions. My main concern is finding a safe place Also I would love to meet fellow students or young adults who are outgoing and friendly

I would like to stay under $700, preferably in the 500-600$ range

Try this:

Mesa Arizona Apartments - Home - Waterford at Superstition Springs

they advertise a 1 bedroom apt at $699 but many times they'll give you a month free which you can prorate throughout the lease, lowering your payment.

And you don't really want to go down into the $500 price range o_0

Thank you for the reply! I like the location of that apartment and will definately have to take a look at it when I visit later in July. I take it from your response that the $500 dollar range means unsafe or not very nice? I really appreciate your advice, do you know of any more apartments that would be worth taking a look at? I have looked at Colonial Grand at Inverness Commons online, does anyone know if they are nice/safe? Thanks again!
