Does anyone here have the scoop on the new "broadstone queen creek" apartments? I toured a couple of units the other day, and was real impressed.. the place is brand spanking new, and the apartments have alot of upgrades, and are decently sized...

My only concern is.. according to the apartmentratings.com web site, some of the other "broadstone" apartments have real horrid reviews.. As do I'd guess 90% of the other apartment complexes on that website..

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Apartment reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. One, many of them are written by "Anonymous", so it can be the same person doing several reviews of the same apartment. Two, negatives reviews are often written out of spite. Person doesn't like something about the rules, management, whatsoever, and blow things out of proportion when posting reviews.

A few rules of thumb:
1. Look up the address of the apartment to find out if it has change its name; it happens, either due to new management or excessive negative reviews.
2. No reviews posted are usually (but not always) potentially good apartments; the apartment I live in now has no reviews, and turned out to be great, though the floorplan is small (minor comment).
3. Case by case basis; don't judge one "Broadstone" apartment by the reviews of another "Broadstone" apartment; it depends a lot on who's (persons) managing it.
4. If you're still not sure, lean towards short-term lease; if the apartment turns out to be crap, you'll be out of there pretty soon.

I know those apartments are new and many of the Queen Creek residents were not happy that they were built... but other than that, i've got nothing.

I know some people that live in those apts and they say its very nice. rent seems tobe 750 and up which seems expensive for the area. If you need any particular info, I could ask the people who live there.
