Does anyone know how long we have till we need to get an Az. drivers license? When I moved to Ca. I think I had 3 months. Does the DMV take appointments to avoid long lines? Do I need to take another written test?

DMV is actually well run here. You can usually be in and out in a half hour or so. You don't need to take a test. Get details from their web site www.azdot.gov/mvd

There is an MVD (I always call it DMV) at 27th ave just North of the 101 (and south of Deer Valley). Down the street from your high school (Barry Golderwater).
