We are considering a move to the area, however not decided on a city yet. If Queen Creek is the chosen one, does anyone have any suggested subdivisions or particular parts of the town that are preferred? On the flip side are there any subdivisions that are a NO. We have 4 children ranging from 8 years to 1 year, and I stay home with them. Also, how close is the nearest walmart or target...you never know when your going to need some more diapers at 8pm. Thanks for any input!

There are two very nice developments that we have toured. One is a new upscale golf course development by Shea Homes called Encanterra. It is a mix of family and young retiries. The homes are very nicely done and the selection at the design center is a treat. You did not mention your budget so it is hard to say whether this would fit you or not. The homes start in the mid $200,s. You should call the sales center to see what the incintives are right now. The other nicer place is Power Ranch. This is built out but I am sure you could find many resales and even some bank owned homes. As far as shopping, I know it is there, not sure where. Encanterra has a new shopping center in the grading stage right outside the gates. Best of luck
