If anybody has ideas or recommendations for a good buffet with healthy salads and veggies, let me know. Thanks!

Keep in mind that salad buffets may be inherently UN-healthy. They have a fairly high likelihood of contamination.

The dining area in Whole Foods has a salad bar. It's not as extensive as what Sweet Tomatoes used to have, though.

This is probably not even close to where you are looking for a salad place - but there is a seafood buffet by Metro Center- (Harbor) 10030 N Metro Pkwy - I went there about a month ago to meet friends and OMG so surprised at the amount of food - plenty of vegetarian, non-seafood items as well - - couldn't believe the price < $12 at lunch time for all you can eat seafood and it was decent -

I like the salad bar at Jason's Deli, there's one at Stapley/Baseline in Mesa.

This is true, and I've seen fewer buffet style places around since the fear of COVID scared everybody sh*tless. Another thing about salad buffets is the lack of variety. I went to Sweet Tomatoes once in a while, but all they really had was salad & soup ... not much else to choose from in main courses. If they had some meat products available, I think the business would have increased.

Sweet Tomato was clean never saw any hint of being contaminated, or dirty. Covid finished them off they were already on the downslide.

Went to Smashburger today $22 for double burger, small fry, and small soda. No more combo meals either used to be under $10 for a combo.
