Since there are a good number of DINK Boomers who may want to continue working, this location may sell surprisingly well! It is within a great commuting distance for working retirement-age folks.

Everyone will die including you. Many die at a young age, so maybe we should all live next to a cemetery.

I am happy to see that empty land being used.

I cannot believe it has been empty. All the utilities have been set in place for the builder. I look forward to watching the progression through completion.

Can't wait to see the model homes. I do wonder why they started with over 1,600 square feet. Seems big to me when a lot of people would be interested in something smaller.

I agree. Our home in Sun City is 1200 Sq ft and we think that's about right for us. More to heat & cool, with higher taxes, just wouldn't make sense. Our lot is almost twice the size of those in the new development. I was surprised that the lots were so small, but I will be interested in seeing the model homes, too.
