Have a couple high end men's suits that are no longer needed. Does anyone know of a worthy organization in Phoenix where we know these suits will go directly to men that need them for job interviews? I'm thinking like Home - Dress for Success for men. I know there's always Goodwill/Salvation Army but I like the idea of these suits going to men who are trying to get back on their feet, rather than selling for a few dollars at a Goodwill store.

If Goodwill is the best option let me know as well. I just donate all my woman's professional gear to Dress for Success and really like the goal of the charity.

You might want to check out Home Base Youth Services: www.ybhs.org
I have a friend that's very involved, and works on a big clothing drive each November. Apparently, a lot of these kids are foster kids, that turn 18 and are kicked out of the home. The website mentions Native Americans, but they help all youth.

Maybe call the Phoenix chapter for Dress for Success and let them know you have 2 very nice mens business suits and ask them which organization takes that type of clothing for guys.

This organization is excellent and helps homeless and very low income people. One of their ongoing needs is clothing for job interviews. Mission - St. Joseph the Worker | www.sjwjobs.org

Wow, all great organizations, thanks for the suggestions. The only problem now is deciding which to choose - not enough suits to go around!
