Current family of 4 soon to be 5 looking to relocate to mobile home park in az from Pa moblie home park! We own 2002 Redman 28x64 3 bedrooom central air on rented corner lot! Our goal is to find something similar well in advance,
our oldest daughter gradutes in 2009 and wants to attend college in Phoenix! By posting this, possibly there might be a familys out
in the arizona area with the same interests looking to move east! We are located 2mins from interstate 78 near Cabelas sporting outfitters and less than 2hrs from the Pocono Raceway ! Anyone who knows of someone or is planning on doing a similar type of move, your input of that area would be greatly apreciated!

Mobile Home parks in AJ may be a little different than you are used to. Have you visited any Family Parks in Apache Junction?
I lived in a Mobile Home Park park in NY for awhile and it was pretty nice, some of these family parks in AZ are horrible! AJ is not the best place.

MH parks in AJ aren't for families, they're for snowbirds and retirees. It's still a good area. Have you thought about selling there and renting here? If you must have a MH, you can rent one on horse property in AJ. Or rent a decent home in AJ, Mesa, or Gold Canyon.
