Some of these video systems are accessible from afar with Iphones or smart phones. That's a bit beyond my needs. My unsavory next door neighbor where the scumbag was thrown over my wall does drug deals and raises chihuahuas and pit bulls for sale. No dog licenses or rabies shots of course. If the pit bulls aren't chained up in the back, they're running free in the front yard and chase people who dare to walk down the sidewalk. With the recession, police protection has greatly diminished.

I was unaware people were having "squatting, and human trafficking" problems while living in the home? I could understand if the home was vacant but a home occupied by the owner isn't likely to have to worry about squatters and human trafficking.

I never thought of this connection. Is this what Enic meant? The crappy surprise I found in the alley behind my house? Squatting.

If you remember the recent story of the murder of publicist Ronni Chasen, The Beverly Hills Police went to the home owners in the area of the crime to look at the home owner's video security DVR's for help in solving the crime.
