Hi All,

I'm relocating to the Doylestown area and am trying to decide between using Verizon FIOS or Comcast Cable for phone/internet/TV.

I'd really appreciate hearing from local residents who have had experience with FIOS or Comcast service in the Doylestown area.

Thanks for any advice!

There is no comparison. Go with Verizon FiOS.

I have been very disappointed with Fios, my internet disconnects constantly. I had none of these problems with Comcast. I am switching back.

we signed up with Verizon FIOS over a year ago and I have yet to have a bill from them that wasn't absolutely screwed up. Other than that, they do have a good product.

I would choose Dish Network for TV and FIOS for internet. That's what I had before and really loved it. Dish has the best HD and DVR. FIOS has the fastest internet. My phone service, also FIOS, had in the house line problems that Verizon could never seem to fix - that was a drag.

Comcast is overpriced so unless you can get a triple play promotion, and can't get FIOS, and need all Philly sports, I wouldn't really consider them.
